Small batch frying saves on oil. The design saves two or three quarts of premium oil over a couple of fryings. The savings is worth the price of the fryer. In addition, the drip tray design provides a virtually dripless deep fry.Easy clean SS. Value for money.

I was a little skeptical about buying this unit because it didn't look like it was well built. Bought it anyway and wow, what a pleasant surprise. Don't let the size fool you. It can do a lot at one time. Easy clean up, wipe it out with a paper towel and rinse. Be sure and get the oil strainer also.

I love this built in oil drip lid! Easy to use and the rounded sides with the lid contains your oil nicely.****attn manufacturers*****The pot needs to come in various sizes. Like this one is great for 2 people but not to cook for a family of four.

This is a good fryer for home use, it has a lid, and a place to drain extra oil from the food. Also when close the lid there is a locker prevent lid from failover if the food draining there are heavy.It comes with a pair of chopsticks and a temp gauge, which is handy. temp gauge can be put on the hole designed for that, good design I would say. 304 steel is easy to clean, hopefully it doesn't develop stretches.

This product is far better than any fryer. I do appitizers for dinner every once in awhile.I cooked popcorn chicken, egg rolls, and tempura zucchini. The chicken I breaded all of them while my pot was heating up. The thermometer that is attached let me know when to put my food in. Every piece fried evenly and was a light brown in color. The egg roll and deep fried zucchini If I hadn't cooked it I would of thought it came from a restaurant. Yummy.This is a must have.
