First off this is a good grill brush. The marketing adjectives abound by this manufacturer. Naming the brush “Best” doesn’t mean that it is but it gives you that impression. “Highest Quality” stainless steel, unlikely for $10 but it’s typical for these brushes. Do the tines break off, yes they all do. Want to avoid eating them? Clean your grill while it is hot and use a spray bottle of water while brushing. That should wash off any tines and if you’re still not comfortable then use a rag to wipe it down. Seem like a lot of trouble? Not considering the alternative of getting a sharp steel piece of metal in your mouth or throat. Depending on how often you grill and how well you clean your grates, this should last about a year.
