I got this for my dog for whom I slightly cook a bit of meat with her food. It's big enough for the job, yet fits in a small drawer with her other items. It's non-stick and easy to clean. Beware, however, that because it's so small, it collects more heat than larger pans, so turn the burner down. The edges are slightly curved, making flipping a patty possible, but would be better if the were curved more.

This pan is great for cooking a single egg after cooking a single breakfast sausage.As others noted, it is small and your spatula might not quite fit. But, if you use a little oil, the egg slips around enough that it's possible to flip and remove what you're cooking with the flick of your wrist.DISCLAIMER: "flick" hot pan contents at your own risk... your motor skills might not be ready for airborne food.

Just used my little egg pan for the first time and it's absolutely perfect! I used one large egg with a splash of milk. Scrambled the egg and then cooked it like a fried egg. I ended up with a perfectly browned scrambled disc of egg that fits perfectly on an English muffin. I did not have to use any butter or pan spray, but I might use a dot of butter in the future. I'm thrilled that I have a baby burner on my stove so I don't have to straddle the pan over the flame. So glad I found this pan!

This pan is intended for one egg and it works perfectly for that. I was replacing the pan with he egg on he handle, cute but not well balanced. This one is a little bit bigger, well balanced and exactly what I wanted. Of course you have to use a little vegetable spray to have it not stick at all. I was almost put off by the negative reviews, but honestly I don’t know what people expect. Read the dimensions before you buy if you want it for a particular use. If you want a one egg pan, this one is perfect, and the price is right!

Best nonstick surface pan I have ever used. Looking for the larger version now. This is perfect for making a single egg or breakfast sandwich. Heats quickly and is super easy to clean.

This tiny little pan is the absolute best for making breakfast for one before running out the door for work. I am notorious for destroying non-stick pans and this has held up wonderfully; after 6+ months, it looks new.

I like the fact that it has a silicone wrapped handle. It is perfect for cooking a single hamburger as this is the only way I can get my dog to take his daily medication. No need to use larger sized cookware to cook small amounts of food.
