It works great for our needs. It makes a perfect omelet every time. That's what we use it for. And for cheese sandwiches. I always spray or oil it first, I don't use high heat, and I don't put it in the dishwasher. It is easy to clean by hand, and takes up less storage in the cupboard because it's thin and can slide it in-between things. I have an average-sized double-sided kitchen sink. I can wash it in there conveniently. However the larger Happycall pans would be more difficult for me to wash in my sink. You might want to measure your sinks to see which sized Happycall pans would be best for your double-sink. Those with single sinks shouldn't have a problem with any size Happycall. And, as I always say, I never receive any free products for my reviews. They are done simply to be helpful. Your reviews have helped me make decisions many times.

It's been barely two or three days since I have this grill and I am delighted. I only grilled vegetables in it so far inside the house. There was a bit of steam coming from the back of it, but little smell and practically no real smoke to set the fire alarm. Plus, it used very little oil unlike the frying pans I have.Granted, I haven't done much with it, but so far, I love that it is covered and then, a bonus that nobody has talked about before. It doesn't cool off easily, and it stays warm enough to set a covered pyrex pan on it to keep some of the food warm for a while until one sets the table or makes a salad.

This is one of the most amazing products I ever got. It works fantastic. I initially bought it to make my family's omelettes but right now I used it with salmon, turkey and chicken and they come perfectly cook and super juicy. The last challenge it's cooking a steak, that will be for next weekend. Again, fantastic product

Okay,If you want save time and eat healthy this is exactly what you need. Iv got electrical stove so I have no seen any color change on the side of the pan. Make sure top surface of stove is clean /no old oil residue on it before starting cooking to keep the exterior clean.

You know this is a great cooking pan once you take off the cotter pin that keeps the two sides block together. Once you can completely separate the two it becomes much more user-friendly. I took the cotter pin off and threw it away. Because they still lock together very tightly and won't come apart unless you separate them normally. They don't tell you how to remove the cotter pins you do have to look for it at the back of the pan. Now I use this thing all the time, I love it. And highly recommend it.
