Our first scooper finally broke this year -- had it for 8 or 9 years - so we needed a new one. I got the Living Express 28" scooper because the length makes it easier to clean up the yard without bending over all the time. The teeth on this scoop are wider and heavier than my old one so the pick up is cleaner with less "stuff" sticking on the tines. And this appears to be well built. Will know better after our first year or so.

This pooper scooper is the answer to all of your prayers. All hail the pooper scooper. No longer will your backyard smell as if it was a sewage field.When assembling this magnificent piece of equipment, pay attention. The little green handle goes through the black handle! I knew better, but was also playing with one of the super dooper dog poopers at the same time and was a little distracted.

I'm 5'6" and so I suppose I'm average height, but I always had to bend just enough to cause my side back to hurt when I used the old scooper that I'd had for a number of years....this one I can reach out, but don't have to consistently bend in that direction and cause my back to hurt. The repetitive motion was what got to me with the old one, but this one is terrific. I've only just gotten it but so far it's superior to the one I picked up at Wally World....I'm happy.

First about the product. It works just as advertised. Seems to be sturdy and well put together. I have used it for about a month now and it performs better than the one I was using. I like the open teeth design that allows sand and gravel to fall back to the ground while keeping the poop in the device. I have been very happy with the product and would recommend it.I must commend the company for stepping up when Amazon screwed up the order and sent it without the green center piece. Amazon was then going to charge me if I did not go to the trouble of boxing it up and returning it. All I wanted was the green center piece, but I instead received an additional scooper from the company. Since the product is great, I was happy with this solution. I paid for two and received two and 2/3’s scoopers. I guess if either breaks, I now have spare parts. Great product and great customer service once you do not have to deal with Amazon (they sucked).
