My lab loves thrashing this rope around. Nice and heavy. She hasn’t shedded the strings yet and it’s been over a month!

My lab mix can be an aggressive chewer so we thought we'd order a bigger and thicker rope. Normally with a regular sized rope toy, by the end of the week, she's torn it up and we have to throw it away. With this rope, we've had it for 2 weeks and while she plays with it every day, it still looks new. She loves playing tug of war with us, she loves when we throw it so she can fetch it but if no one is playing with her, she's also content with tossing it around. This is not a light rope toy and can definitely hurt if she tosses it around and it hits you. While she has hit herself with it, she still continues to play with it. I've caught her many times chewing on the knots and the rope but mainly the knots, however, even with all the chewing that she does, it still has held up great. She has not been able to destroy this rope at all. Whenever this does occur, if it does, I will be purchasing this one again.

Have had this for a few months now, my only complaint is my dog whips it into my leg or kids on occasion and it's heavy, but that's a problem my dog, not his rope, that thing has held up much better than I expected.

We have two English Mastiffs that love chew ropes. One is a super-power chewer and usually destroys ropes this size in a matter of days. These are holding up as well as any, and better than most. Our go-to brand stopped selling the large size ropes, so we turned to these and have been very pleased. The dogs love chewing on them, carrying them around, and playing tug.
