There's good news and bad news, and maybe info you can use. First, each well holds 8 ounces (1 cup). I measured it with water. That info is not in the description, so maybe that will help someone. The only negative: I bought this for use in my oversized toaster oven and they are too big to fit inside. It's about an inch and a half too long. My toaster oven is the kind big enough to bake a chicken, so that was rather surprising. The metal is heavy, it seems to be good quality. Since I can't use it in my toaster oven, which is why I bought this item, I'll just use it for portion control, kind of like a TV tray.
