These look awesome in my rustic bathroom. I have on on each side of my mirror. I did not use the on off cord the plugs in to a wall outlet. We wired them directly to the box and use the wall switch. The small hole I used a cap in the small hime. Plus it is covered by the bulb. I love them!

I like the industrial/semi-steampunkish style of these lamps. Using the same light bulbs from my regular table lamps, the room lighting has a completely different dynamic now.I definitely recommend NOT using "white" or "cool white" LED bulbs with these lamps.Opening and closing the top to add/remove bulbs is kinda tricky. You should practice with the clamps before assembling the lamps.You will want to have some extra nuts handy for installation. I had to use four extra nuts one each lamp to get good tightness on the base mounting screws. Installation was a bit tricky overall, but not that hard.Also, make sure you tighten the large nut on the backside where the extender goes into the base VERY well.If you're going to use the corded/outlet option, I recommend securing the cord to the wall with cord clips or something. (This is what I'm doing.)Overall, I'm VERY pleased with the look and function of these lamps.

Our lake cabin bedroom light is pull cord, and directly above our bed, so turning it on and off was a pain. I needed a cheap easy solution. We installed these lamps on either side of our bed, and the rest is history. Installation took about 15 minutes from opening the box to turning them on. They are surprisingly bright, and work great with smart bulbs. I love the way they look, and have considered ordering another set for home.

I'll get around to getting a better picture of them once I'm finished decorating my room but they're really quite beautiful and so affordable! We are using smart Edison LED bulbs so that we can turn them on and off with our Alexa and we've had no issues with that.It only took my husband a few minutes to put them together and it's very easy to mount them also. If you have zero electrical knowledge, it might be a little tough as the directions don't really apply to the plug-in version but with a basic knowledge, it's fairly simple.We absolutely recommend these and would buy them again!

As I redid my bedroom, I came across these and wanted to find a way to make them work. I love how Edison bulbs look and the caged lighting is pretty. Set my bedroom up and hung these above my nightstands. I love that they don't take up any space and they're so simple to install!
