Love this ball for my 2 Border Collies. It's nice and tough so the one that tears apart Kongs can't destroy it; bounces well if you throw it on a hard surface, and the light! Love the bright light at night. (large back yard that we play in late night/early mornings) Coolest thing ever to see this flickering bright light bouncing around above the ground in the dark as the dog brings it back to me from 120' away! Nice size for a medium/large sized dog, too. no worries about a "small" ball getting stuck in the throat.

So - I see the reviews about the balls not lighting up. Mine worked fine. The light blinks when the ball is bounced. It won't light up when the dog is chewing unless it gets really good compression. I have a medium dog and he can destroy most toys that aren't hardened and this one is holding up. He likes to chase it when it lights up and he loves to chew on it. I bought two more because they hold up better than most things I buy him.

I got these for my ball obsessed blue healer. She loves them. I love the weight on them, they bounce and go so much further than a tennis ball ('m using a lacrosse stick to through it though) She loves them at night. But I wish the flashing was on longer. Sometimes she loses it. :(

We got our first one of these from the sale bin at Kohl's. Our dog loved it. He played with it constantly.... no kidding... I mean CONSTANTLY for a couple of weeks. He'd get crazy wanting us to throw it and spent hours chewing at it. He is a pretty hard core chewer! He destroyed a medium size Kong toy in less than 2 hours so this holding up as long as it did is remarkable. Will buy more as needed. Anything that keeps Martin occupied and holds up to his abuse it a great product in my book.

This is a great product! I have a very aggressive chewer And many toys do not last her, but this one did! It’s great that it lights up, works well if your trying to teach a new dog to fetch or for deaf dogs the light allows them to enjoy the toy more since it’s focusd on sight vs. sound!

Would have been a great toy for our dog but just didn't hold up to the pit bulls bite strength. Our dog had one of the plastic color pieces popped out of the ball on the first night. Tried to super glue it back in but he had it back out the very next use. I think it would be very good for the average dog.
