Been in the market for an affordable chef knife. Came across this one, and gotta say pretty impressive. Well not a complete five star item, yes it's very sharp but only had it a week as of writing this review (will update as usage goes on). The handle is faux wood aka just a chuncky plastic handle. What would have been great if the handle had more weight to it so the knife can be balanced. Unfortunately, it's not the blade has more so it's gonna feel front end heavy. Keep mind if you don't have proper handling technique holding the knife is gonna feel akward for you as well. Overall, it's a three and half star but had to give it a four.
