This was my first knife by this brand. I have a few chef's knives and use them everyday. The blade is very sharp but sorry to say for a man with normal sized hands the handle is way to small. The problem is control - nothing worst than a very sharp knife you can't control. The only way to use it would be to wrap the handle in paracord - giving you a good grip. I would not recommend this knife.
