I had originally purchased this as a gift for a soon-to-married couple whose wedding is now cancelled because of the lockdowns everywhere. It wasn’t too expensive, and I could still get them something else when their wedding actually happens - in the meantime I wanted to cheer them up. I tested out the wine opener when it arrived and fell in love with it though, so I’m now contemplating keeping it for myself! Works perfectly, super easy to open a bottle of wine, no fuss at all. In terms of it being a gift, I really liked that it came with some other nice-to-haves like a foil cutter, etc. and the packaging was really fancy. Maybe I’ll just buy another less fancy one for myself and gift this to my friends as originally intended.
