Easy to set up and accurate measurements. I’ve been using it for several months and it works fine. Minor complaint is that sometimes it fails to sync with the phone, other than that I have nothing else to mention.

Super simple to set up. The Omron account registration link doesn't work on mobile phones but I got it done on my laptop, set it up and then linked it to my Samsung health app!!! Loved all the comprehensive data I got as I work my way through The Plan. Not to mention the customer service is super friendly and the user guide has pretty comprehensive troubleshooting section. Best buy since Covid started.

Requires 4 AAA batteries. The initial setup and mobile pairing is easy. I set it up on the mobile app with my data and my husband's, and it was very self explanatory. After setting it up, you just step on the scale, and it reads out weight, body fat %, skeletal muscle %, visceral fat, BMI, and resting metabolism.I had a similar scale before (but broke down so had to get a new one), and the reading of my body fat % and muscle % were significantly lower comparing to this Omron scale, so I don't know how accurate Omron's readings are. Then again, these scales are just for reference; for more accuracy, it is better to go to the professional scales/machines. I only use it as a home scale for reference and to keep track of my body weight. The mobile app is a bit slow to sync, which I later got lazy to use.Overall, I am satisfied with it.

The set-up was easy, the scale is lightweight and easy to handle. It worked very well with the Omron app and conncts over Bluetooth. The body metrics are fairly accurate and so far we have not had any issues with it. It has unlimited reading and with the app you can track your values over time and monitor where you need to work. Upto 12 users can be added to the system.Batteries are not included in the package and you will require 4 AAA batteries during set-up.

Fairly easy set up: after you put in 4 AAA batteries, you can set it up with the mobile app or by pushing through menus on the scale itself. I did it on the mobile app, and it was very simple. It stores 4 users' info, which I only did mine and my husband's. After all your height/age data is put in, it's good to go. With the scale turned off, you just step on, and within a few seconds it reads out weight, body fat %, muscle %, and visceral fat reading. It will know who steps on, and it recognizes whether it's me or my husband.My numbers were a little disappointing at 28.9% body fat and 30% muscle with visceral fat score of 3, but I'm hoping all the negative reviews are right and I'm just leaner than it says I am (...ha!). Even if it's not 100% accurate, I'm personally hoping to get overall trends in body fat percentages rather than an exact percentage, since I'm not a competitive athlete or body builder.Overall, I'm pleased with how easy it was to set up and how quickly it reads results without needed to select the user.
