Couldn’t open the roll up door on the first item, contacted customer service and replacement was placed right away. The replacement is not perfect but was able to open the door w a little force and nudge. Stellar customer service!!! The issue w this box is the slot for the slatted door is not big enough. It needs to be 1/8”-1/4” wider to accommodate the slat trying to move within the smooth arc slot. Besides that issue the product is beautiful and spacious for two loaves of bread and it instantly de clutter the counter. Fix the issue and this item would be perfect.

Our variety of breads and other baked items takes up a lot of room. I was keeping everything in one of my cabinets w hich robbed me of my very limited storage space, but I didn't want to just leave them on the counter. My solution was a large breadbox which sits on the counter, but now contains and protects my baked goods and gives me back the use of a kitchen cabinet. The box is reasonably attractive and blends in with my cabinets, and the rolltop doesn't need extra space for opening. It was a good decision and a happy choice.
