This is a 100% hand-made knife. It is made of high-carbon stainless steel Clad Steel blade. Its operation process is very complicated. The quenching splash is 780 degrees and the tempering is 180 degrees – 200 degrees.

The sheath came with a broken button and the knife had finger prints all over it. Like it was returned and sold again. Overall it’s a great cleaver.

The details on this butcher knife is impeccable! It comes sharp right out of the box! It has a good weight to it but it’s not particularly ergonomic or easy to hold for daily use.
