This highly practical unit comprises a sturdy plastic chopping surface with a handy, integrated drawer that can be pulled out and used to collect chopped food or unwanted food waste. Simply slide the drawer out when preparing food and scrape the chopped pieces directly off the board into the drawer. The drawer can be completely removed and the contents poured into a pan or bin. The ultimate in tidy food preparation, the unit has non-slip feet and finger recesses moulded either side for easy lifting. In addition the drawer makes a convenient place for storing a small, sharp knife. Dishwasher safe.

Smaller footprint than my old cutting board but the plastic containers nearly double my workspace length when in use, keeps my counter top clean, does it's job and is sturdy

Purchased a $50+ dollar cutting board with trays for a gift. It arrived broken. I continued my search for a similar item and found this one. I ended up buying 2. One for a gift and one for myself. I liked this cutting board and purchased 2 more for Christmas gifts. This item is well made and useful. Many times when I am in a hurry, I will cut my salad and scoop it into a tray and eat. Hey, the less dishes to wash the better for me!

Have been using the board for about a week and love it. Shipped fast and packaged well. No odor that another reviewer mentioned. Have used it for chopping and love the little catch bins for the scrap.

Bamboo is a great material for a cutting board but is a bit harder than wood so the feel is different. The two slide out bowls are fantastic and dish washer safe.Two things for improvement: make the drip groove a little deeper and make the entire board a couple of inches bigger.

Very pleased with this cutting board. The drawers make trimmings easy to manage while continuing to chop on the board.The board itself is good-quality bamboo and functions as designed. The drawers are removable for easy cleaning and a juice groove keeps stray liquids from the countertop,We use this cutting board in our Motorhome RV while traveling and camping. It takes up little counterspace in use, and is easily stored when not needed. We use a food-safe oil to occasionally dress the bamboo, but other than that, it performs exactly as we had hoped..Easy FIVE STARS for us and an honest and hearty recommendation!
