This fixture is so awesome looking yet low profile. Due to a lack of shades & number of bulbs in this design It pumps out light like nothing else. My husband plans to install a dimmer & drop to the recommended 40 watt bulb instead of the 60 watts we had on hand. I absolutely love how bright it is. It improves my mood a lot. I had 2 contractor relatives helping with the install & it was pretty straight forward except containing all of the wires while affixing to ceiling even with electrical tape & we had to add spacers to the bar that attaches to the box in the ceiling in order for the thumb nuts to grip & hold fixture to ceiling. Aside from slight installation challenges, this fixture is perfect!!

Love the industrial look. Installed very easily - follow the directions and read them carefully.

Paired with some 'Edison' like LED bulbs the finished product looks great. Assembly takes a while, but nothing anyone who's assembled some Ikea furniture can't handle. Even when tightened the arms can still move, so install and then tweak to adjust as needed. Niece believes it's a spider on the ceiling.

The light fixture looks and operates fantastic. Put it in the dining room, which has a tray ceiling and the light only lights up the room. This is what we wanted. If you are not electrically and mechanically savvy, get the assembly done for you.

OMG I LOVE THIS LIGHT!!! I like interesting fixtures. This is one. I have a pretty large bedroom that I didn't want to try and install can lights. I need a light that was large to light up the room. Boy does this do that. The room is VERY bright to the point I had to put on a dimmer switch. Make sure when you are assembling this fixture that you have a pretty big space. Leave the bags on with the letters so you put them in the correct order. Tighten just enough for it to hold then fix the angles to the correct position. Then completely tighten. From the longest point (tip to tip) it's ~ 44" and with the bulbs ~52". So it's huge!! It is awkward to put up yourself (I did it but I had no help available). There are SOOOO many wires. Make sure your connection is secure (consider electrical tape for extra security so when your trying to hang this, the wires don't come loose). I purchased the bulbs that were suggested. Great choice. You will love this for a livingroom also. Just plain cool.
