My large pan arrived with a dent in one of the corners. I am disappointed as they are suppose to be professional cookware.They are heavy duty! I am still looking forward to the non stick and no warping. Will update if I have any issues. Seem easy to clean also!

These are really nice!! Very sturdy and thick, easy to clean and fairly good size. I threw sweet potato fries on these raw with no oil and they didnt stick. I did make something quite sticky and burnt on them, and they were easy to clean after soaking for 5 minutes. Only thing is id suggest hand washing them as when I put them in the dishwasher, water gets stuck under the lips underneath and rusty oil falls out :/ so keep them very dry as they do the under the lip parts.

First off, these are affordable. Non stick, good size and dishwasher safe. They have held up nicely over repeated uses and washings. I only use rub er spatulas when removing food from these pans. Also, I have read that lemon washing liquid can wear down things quicker because the lemon is an acid. So I do not use any kind of lemon washi g liquid when cleaning these pans or any of our dishes. So, so far these pans are great. Good price, and very well made.

After years of buying the cheap flimsy baking sheets at big box stores, I decided to go in another direction. These are a terrific addition to my kitchen. I really like the higher lip than what you see on ordinary sheet pans. Sheet pan recipes are all the rage right now, it seems, and this higher edge is what you need for many of them. Word to the wise: because these pans are quite a bit heavier than the typical ones from big box stores, they get a lot hotter. The first time I pulled the pan out of the oven, I could feel the heat through my regular hot pads, which are not terribly thick. I had to use my big mitts instead. As far as non-stick capability, I wouldn't know. Even with my cheap pans, I NEVER place food directly on them. This is the best way to ruin them. I always use either parchment paper or aluminum foil for everything.

The customer service is great! I registered the product right away. When I noticed that I had an issue with the pans I reached out to their customer service department through Facebook chat and they immediately sent me a replacement! Service doesn't get any better than that!The pans work as promised. No matter what I bake on there nothing sticks. Great buy!
